A Family That Hosts

There's a particular kind of quiet you only find out here in the Sierra foothills, where the vineyards run gold at sunset and the stars come out thick over the ranch. We're Krish Sitaula and family, and since 2021 we've been welcoming guests into homes we love, in the corners of Northern California we know best. We're not a faceless management company. We're hosts, and these are our houses, which means a real person answers when you reach out, and real care goes into every stay.

Wine Country and the River

Our Pilot Hill homes sit right in it. The Romantic Vineyard Ranch spreads across five acres of working vineyard, with a goat and donkey ranch next door and sunsets made for slowing down. Just up the road, the Hot Tub Hideaway pairs three bedrooms with long sunset views. You're minutes from Folsom Lake, whitewater on the American River, and foothill trails and wineries that make the drive worth it.

Basecamps for the Bay

Closer to the coast, our homes put the whole region within reach. The Spacious Pool Retreat in Rodeo sleeps twelve around a heated pool, perfect for a gathering. The Plush Getaway in Pinole adds a hot tub and Bay Area views, and our Novato retreat in Marin is your hub for Napa, Sonoma, Mill Valley, Stinson Beach, and San Francisco. We've even got a cozy studio and an RV in Rodeo, and a penthouse perch in Lalitpur, Nepal, for when wanderlust takes you further.
